Recruitment Consultant

We are now looking for another Recruitment Consultant to join our ever growing team.

Based in Sandbach we are now looking for a energetic and passionate individual who wants to join a fast paced and growing company. The ideal candidate does not necessarily need previous experience in recruitment as we will support the successful candidate for there career with us.

You will be required to assist with the below..

Have good and confidant communication
Assist with daily bookings procedure
Client/Account Management
Sales activity
Payroll assistance
Good Time keeping
Once settled in the company we can discuss where you think your strengths are as to what part of the company you would like to operate in. There is also an out of hours service for emergency’s that is shared out equally amongst the team.

The rate of pay for this position is £25,000. This can be negotiable dependant on experience and what you can potentially. There are also bonus’s and incentives for targets hit and rewards for good work!! These are uncapped.
