I am Anupriya Ramesh, recently finished a Master of Science in Cyber Security at Buckinghamshire New University, London. My diverse background includes hands-on experience in hospitality, retail and cleaning roles, where I developed strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills.As a customer assistant at AKP Retailer store, I interacted with customers from various backgrounds, delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment. My responsibilities include picking and packing of items ensuring all access areas were clean for seamless operations, maintained cleanliness of the shop floors and follow health and safety regulations. Additionally, I worked as a waitress at Kothu Srilankan Restaurant and Bar where I handled payments, assisted in food preparation, and maintained a hygienic workspace, earning consistent positive feedback from customers for my dedication to high standards.In my role as a cleaner with Cjb Staffing Solutions, I honed my attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring that public areas remained spotless and safe. I managed a wide range of tasks, from vacuuming and sanitizing to restocking supplies, all while adhering to strict health and safety protocols. Working both independently and with teams, I learned how to prioritize effectively and maintain cleanliness in high-pressure environments.While my past roles may seem unrelated to my studies in Cyber Security, they have equipped me with key qualities like adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure, skills that are highly transferable to any professional setting. My academic journey has further strengthened my problem-solving abilities, and I am eager to apply my growing expertise in the tech field.I bring a strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude to everything I do.
