For the past 5 years I was a service host  the link between management and colleagues. It is a forever changing role one minute i am sorting the petrol station the next i am organising colleagues where they are working and times of breaks. I have a large range of duties including working with cash office to sort the cash for tills in the mornings and evenings. Doing morning checks on the petrol station, organising colleagues to cover checkouts, kiosk and self-service checkouts, working with security to pervent shoplifting. Sorting any ongoing issues throughout my shift (reporting repairs, customer complaints) i also helped on other departments when needed including george and home and leisure. I am a multiskilled colleagues with a large range of skills.
